We provide 12 months seller warranty to all new mobile phones. Counted from the date you pay for the phone, we will refund or replace any faulty phones within 60 days without asking any questions. From the 60 days period to the end of warranty (365 days), we will fix the phone without incurring any parts costs or labor costs to customers. Customers are responsible for the costs returning the faulty phone and we will pay for the shipping costs to send it to customer again.
Used Mobile Phones
We provide 60 days seller warranty to all used or refurbished mobile phones. Counted from the date you pay for the phone, we will refund or replace any faulty phones within 60 days without asking any questions. Customers are responsible for the costs returning the faulty phone and we will pay for the shipping costs to send it to customer again.
Mobile Phone Accessories
We provide 60 days seller warranty to all phone accessories. Counted from the date you pay for the phone, we will refund or replace any faulty phones within 60 days without asking any questions. Customers are responsible for the costs returning the merchandise and we will pay for the shipping costs to send it to customer again.
Games
We provide 7 days for customer to test on the products, counting from the date customer signs for the package. After 7 days, we can not accept return or exchange, due to the nature of the product.
2.Wholesale Discounts
All phones have English and French as default languages. For Nokia Phones, we can install almost all major languages in the world. For other brands, please ask us before you buy. Please leave us a note or message on what extra languages you want on the phone.
4. About your shipping addresses
Normally We will ship the merchandise to the shipping address you registered with our website. In order to avoid possible fraudulent cases, please make sure your paypal shipping address is the same as the shipping address you registered with our website. If they are different, we may need to call or need some photocopies of your indentifications to verify your identity, such as phone bills or credit card statement. Thank you for your co-operations.
5. Customs Duties
We will mark all packages we sent as gift or sample with 20 USD claimed value. Most customs in the world will not tax on such package according to past experiences. However, we can not make sure the merchandise you purchased from us is duty free. We will not be responsible for any custom duties you paid. If the custom is requesting tax payment, you have the right not to accept the package and ask them to return it.
