1.Returned items must be free of stains and include all accessories and original packaging.
2.Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Foneso refunds the cost of the product itself. (Shipping fees are non-refundable.)
3.Returns may be rejected if the item does not meet the above requirements

If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

We do not refund under the following circumstances:

1.The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient's address is wrong, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.

2.It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
