Foneso Autobot ships eligible orders to customers in the United States. This policy explains our standard shipping process, delivery estimates, and customer responsibilities.
Order Processing
Orders are reviewed and processed after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Origin and Delivery Estimates
Most orders ship from a U.S. warehouse when inventory is available. Product pages or checkout may show more specific shipping details for individual items. Typical delivery estimates are 5-7 business days after processing unless a different estimate is shown at checkout or on the product page.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. Foneso Autobot is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete, incorrect, or outdated shipping information.
Carrier Delays
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier capacity, customs processing where applicable, address issues, and other events outside our control may delay delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the issue and help with the next available support step.
