Delivery Policy
3-7 Business Days Delivery: Foneso website is currently only open to sales in the US. Generally, the delivery time in the United States can reach 3-7 business days. During peak seasons, remote areas, or due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, it will be postponed appropriately.
Delivery is not available in these areas: Alaska; American Samoa; Guam; Hawaii; U.S. Virgin Islands; Armed Forces Americas; Armed Forces Europe; Armed Forces Pacific.
Return Policy
Undamaged products can be returned within 30 days of purchase. The refund process begins once the returned item is returned to Foneso's warehouse for inspection.
1- Returns must include all accessories
2- Item must include original packaging
3- The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags
4- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost
5- Foneso refunds the cost of the product itself
6- Returns may be rejected if the item does not meet the above requirements
It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
Q&A
Q：Are the seat covers compatible with air bags and heated/cooled seats?
A: Our seat covers come with airbag cutouts and have been tested to not interfere with airbags. The leather seat covers are quality and thick, but the effect may be weakened a little.
Q: Will these Universal seat covers fit the front seats with the built-in seat belts?
A: Sorry. Our front seat covers will NOT fit the front seats with the built-in seatbelts or with the folding middle seat. If there is NOT an open seat gap between the backrest and bottom part of the front seats, they will NOT fit either.
Q: Are the pillows on the head rest covers removable?
A: The front sear covers fit over the head rests completely. The rear head rests is just a single flat piece that folds over the top of the head rest and is not full coverage. Both are removable with the headrests.
Q: How does airbag open and expand if the area is stitched/sewn closed?
A: Don’t worry. Our seat covers will not interfere with airbags. If danger occurs, the airbags will blow the seat covers open for protection.
Q: My seats are easily soiled by pets. Are these seat covers easy to clean?
A: Most of them are made of premium faux leather, waterproof and wear-resistant, but they are not so durable as oxford or canvas. You can clean them by a damp towel. Maintenance by leather oil or cleaner will help keep its performance.
